Right Brain vs Left Brain: What does THIS dancer say about YOU?

The Right Brain vs Left Brain test … do you see the dancer turning clockwise or anti-clockwise?
If clockwise, then you use more of the right side of the brain and vice versa. Most of us would see the dancer turning anti-clockwise though you can try to focus and change the direction; see if you can do it.

Visual illusion- Attention Experiment

This was a visual attention experiment conducted by Becklen and Cervone(1983) to show that the human mind has its limits. There is only so much the brain can process at a particular time and it must be selective in what it chooses to filter. Watch this short clip very closely…

Experiment : Inversion glasses

Samantha attempts writing her name right-side up and left-to-right while wearing goggles that invert the visual field. Very difficult. We also had two pairs of goggles that shifted the visual field 11º to the right. I wonder what would happen if you put them together…? The laughter is from the shifted field people throwing paper into the recycling bin and then to each other.

It WAS possible to do after about 10 minutes, though our handwriting was messy and it was a chore to actively think through.
